What if I have any questions?
A – All the contact telephone numbers will be in the pack that we send you. If one of our consultants cannot answer your question, it will be escalated to one of our enquiry specialists to deal with.
How do I receive my compensation?
A – The compensation will be paid to you directly following the deduction of our fees
How long does the process take?
A – It all depends on how complicated the specific case is. Each case is different and in most cases takes between 4-6 months, however, some can be longer.
Can I make an enquiry myself?

What is a SIPP?
A – The Self Invested Personal Pension, also known as a SIPP, is a personal pension scheme approved by the UK government. SIPPs act as ‘wrappers’ and allow investors to group multiple investments and products in order to grow their pension fund. In some cases a financial advisor or unregulated broker, have sold investments, using the SIPP, without going into detail about the potential risk and sometimes losing money.
Am I a sophisticated investor?
A – The FCA rulebook defines a sophisticated investor as:
- Having been a member of a business angel organisation?
- Having had more than one investment in an unlisted company?
- Having worked in the private equity sector?
- Having been a director of a company with a turnover of £1m or more?
- Having earned at least £100,000 a year or have £250,000 in assets, not including your home.
